1. Services:

•  The Photographer agrees to provide photography services as agreed upon in the contract or as discussed with the client.
  
  

2. Booking and Payment:

• A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the photography services. The remaining balance is due [1] days before the scheduled session/event.
• Payments can be made through [Bank transfer / Australian Dollars ], and all prices are in Australian Dollars.
  
  

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• The client may cancel the photography services by providing written notice. The booking fee is non-refundable.
•  In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer may need to reschedule the session/event. Every effort will be made to accommodate an alternative date.
  
  

4. Image Delivery:

•  The Photographer will deliver the edited, high-resolution images within 3weeks after the session/event.
•  The number of images delivered is at the discretion of the Photographer, and only edited images will be provided.
  
  

5. Image Usage and Copyright

• The Photographer retains the copyright to all images taken during the session/event.
• The client is granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the images for personal purposes, including printing, sharing on social media, and distributing to friends and family.
  
  

6. Model Release:

• The client grants the Photographer permission to use the images for promotional purposes, including but not limited to portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise specified in writing.
  
  

7. Client Cooperation:

• The client agrees to provide necessary cooperation to the Photographer during the session/event, including following instructions for posing and location.
  
  

8. Liability:

•  The Photographer is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss incurred during the session/event.
• The Photographer is not liable for any dissatisfaction due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather conditions, location restrictions, or the behavior of subjects.
  
  

9. Client Satisfaction:

• If the client is dissatisfied with the images, the Photographer may, at their discretion, offer a re-shoot or partial refund.
  
  

10. Governing Law:

• This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction].
  
  

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• The Photographer reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes.
